Between September 4 and 6, the fifth edition of the Xperience eMTB Triad will take place, the most technical and complex competition dedicated to electrically assisted bicycles in the country. Conceived as a unique competition format over three days, the event puts technical skills, physical endurance and rigor in managing energy resources to the test on a demanding mountain terrain.
This year’s edition brings a logistical optimization, moving the entire infrastructure to Poiana Neamțului, at the foot of the Făgăraș massif. The new location becomes the central hub of the event: picking up the starting kits, the departures in the Prologue and on the special stages, the accommodation of the athletes, the award ceremony and the activities dedicated to the community – the official dinner, the outdoor screenings and the technical meetings.
Riders have two options adapted to their level of training:
- FULL Xperience (September 4-6): the full 3-day format consisting of Friday’s Prologue and 6 Special Tests distributed on Saturday and Sunday. A total of 75 kilometers with a positive elevation gain of 5,200m. For registrations paid until August 31st, the official kit includes the personalized riding t-shirt. Online registration for this format closes on Wednesday, September 2.
- ONE DAY Xperience (September 6): the one-day version, centered on the last two special stages on Sunday, intended for those who want to experience the competitive rhythm of this discipline. Online registrations are open until Friday, September 4, and on-site validations are also possible on the morning of the race.

The hosting partner of the event is Poiana Neamțului Pension. Reservations for accommodation spaces are made directly at the phone number 0744.211.145, mentioning the quality of participant in the eMTB Xperience Triad.
For teams and competitors who travel with dedicated motorhomes or vans, a camping space is set up with access to the sanitary facilities of the guesthouse, reservations being managed at 0726.300.480.
In response to the evolution of equipment and preferences in the market, the organizers are evaluating the introduction of a distinct class for e-bikes with motors exceeding 750W. The category will be officially constituted upon reaching the threshold of at least 15 competitors aligned at the start with these specifications.
The event is organized by the Pro Cycling Sports Club Association and co-financed by the Sibiu County Council and the Avrig City Hall. Partners: Urgo, Tiemme, GLS, Geiger, Bilstein, Olympus, Wolfpack, 226ERS, Shimano, Mondraker, PlayBike, Adicons, OPTcycling, Scott, Lazer, Garmin, Poiana Neamțului.
