WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 2026
23:59 – Closing of online registrations for the 3-day competition (FULL Xperience).

Friday, SEPTEMBER 4, 2026
14:00 – 15:30 Taking over numbers (Base Camp – Poiana Neamțului Guesthouse – DJ105F – Valea Avrigului)
16:00 – Start of the Prologue – the first competitor (Poiana Neamțului – the base of the path to Bârcaciu)
20:30 – Technical meeting (Base Camp)
23:59 – Online registration closes for the 1-day competition (ONE DAY Xperience)

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 2026
08:45 – Start P.S. 1 + P.S. 2 (Turnu Roșu – Poiana Pleșii; approx. 1h by car + bike from the entrance to Turnu Roșu)
12:00 – 16:00 – Refuel & Recharge (Base Camp)
16:30 – Start P.S. 3 + P.S. 4
18:30 – 19:00 – Pick up ONE DAY Xperience numbers (Base Camp)
19:30 – Dinner + socializing

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2026
09:30 – 10:30 – Pick up ONE DAY Xperience numbers (Base Camp)
10:30 – Registration closes for the 1-day competition (ONE DAY Xperience)
11:00 – Start P.S. 5 / P.S. 1 ONE DAY (Poiana Neamțului)
13:00 – Start P.S. 6 / P.S. 2 ONE DAY (Poiana Neamțului)
15:30 – Award ceremony (Base Camp)

Value of the registration fee

FULL Xperience ► 600 LEI
Includes:
– Possibility of charging bicycles
– Personalized riding jersey (if the registration is paid by August 31 inclusive)
– Dinner on Saturday evening
– Lunch on Saturday (during the recharge break) and Sunday (after the competition)
– Feeding/hydration points

ONE DAY Xperience ► 200 LEI (250 LEI in the morning of the contest)

Routes - eMTB Xperience Triad

The routes for the eMTB ONE DAY Xperience Triad are P.S. 5 and P.S. 6.

Prizes - eMTB Xperience Triad

For each FULL Xperience category:

  • 1st place – 1,000 lei
  • 2nd place – 600 lei
  • 3rd place – 400 m

For each ONE DAY Xperience category:

  • 1st place – 500 lei
  • 2nd place – 300 lei
  • 3rd place – 200 lei

    *Cash prizes will be paid by bank transfer!
    Each winner must send to info@procycling.ro an account number in lei within a maximum of 10 days from the end of the competition (until September 16, 2026 inclusive).
    Prizes not claimed until September 16, 2026 will no longer be awarded!!
