We do not offer the possibility to return a paid participation fee. By not entering the competition the client/participant assumes the loss of the fee paid.
The only exception is the cancellation of the contest. In this situation, all clients can benefit from the possibility of reimbursement of the amounts paid. Reimbursement is made in full and by bank transfer.
In the event of the contest being canceled, all customers must be contacted and provide the following data:
Full name
Bank account (IBAN)
Bank and its branch
Optional: BIC/SWIFT
