Food and drinks will be prepared on the tables and each competitor is served alone. People at the points of supply are not obliged to fill your cans with water or give each of you the glasses of drink. However, as much as possible they will help you with these things. Be patient and behave civilized with both volunteers and other competitors.

Brief description of the route

After crossing the Arena Platoș area follows 1 km of not very steep but technical ascent.

At KM 4 you will find an area of approx. 50m on the climb where you will receive 1 minute of bonus if you manage to pass without putting your foot down. The area has specific signs at the beginning and at the end.

It follows the first long climb of the route to KM 6 in oncești peak. It descends to the right on a path with many stones to Poiana Onceşti and then passes into Poiana Muncel. From here the route is mostly common with the other routes. It goes up to the Bătrâna Saddle where you will find the first feeding point, then on the peak, it descends to Păltiniș (pay more attention on this descent. Before crossing a river, take it to the right and climb the Oncesti peak again, this time steeper through the forest.

The technical descent takes you to the 2nd power point. Here you will turn left, unlike the 77 km route that goes forward.

It follows 4 km of almost flat forest road towards the end of which you can enter the last 5km of the route. The last part: short and steep descent, a technical sigletrail parallel to the road, the climb behind the Platos Arena and the descent on the Flow Trail that you did at the start.

Specify technical bikes

Only approved electrically assisted bicycles whose forwarding is not possible without human action are acceptable. Electric assistance must be only up to 25 km/h (+/- 10%). The delimitation of bicycles leads to disqualification.

The bicycles will be checked by the organizer before the start according to the following schedule:
– Saturday 17:00 – 19:00
– Sunday 8:00 – 9:00

If the bike is not checked, the competitor will not be able to start!!

The check is done near the start line.
Also random checks will be done after arrival.

Timing, results and rankings

Accidents

In case of an accident, notify the organizer as soon as possible. By phone (if you have) to the emergency number on the bib number, or to the first referee. By phone, try to communicate the location as accurately as possible.
